Applications are in principle free of charge. However, Kuhn reserves the right not to process applications in the event of excessive or manifestly unfounded applications or to process them only for a fee of EUR 120.00 per requested working hour. If the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the fulfilment of a contractual obligation, the request for deletion can only be processed after the mandatory grounds for retention have ceased to exist. In case of doubt, Kuhn reserves the right to request proof of identity for security reasons.

If your request is not processed or is not processed properly, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
